Welcome to Vidoza (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI‑powered image‑to‑video generation application. Please read this policy carefully. By using Vidoza, you agree to the practices described herein.
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
User‑uploaded content: You may upload images (including photographs containing human faces) to generate videos. These images are used solely to perform the video generation function you request.
Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (hashed).
Payment data: If you make in‑app purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Google Play Billing. We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials; we only receive transaction confirmations and purchase history from Google.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we automatically collect:
Device information: model, operating system version, screen resolution, language settings, and time zone.
Usage data: actions within the App (e.g., generation requests, feature usage, session duration).
Network information: IP address, carrier, and CDN performance data.
Identifiers: Advertising ID (where permitted), Firebase installation ID, and Singular device IDs for analytics and attribution.
1.3 Information from Third‑Party SDKs
We use the following SDKs, which collect data as described:
Firebase (Google): for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. Collects device identifiers, app events, and installation data.
Singular (Singular Labs): for marketing attribution and performance analysis. Collects advertising IDs, campaign referrals, and in‑app events.
CDN (Content Delivery Network): for efficient delivery of generated videos; may collect your IP address and request logs to optimize performance.
We use your information only for the following purposes:
To generate videos from your uploaded images using our self‑built AI models (no third‑party AI services are used).
To operate, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
To process subscriptions and in‑app purchases (through Google Play).
To attribute installs and campaign performance (via Singular and Firebase).
To analyse usage trends and fix crashes (via Firebase).
To respond to your support requests or account‑related inquiries.
Important:
Facial data from uploaded images is used exclusively for the specific video generation task you initiate. It is not used for facial recognition, identification, surveillance, or any other purpose.
We do not train our AI models on your uploaded images or face data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Retention period: All uploaded images, generated videos, and associated metadata are retained for no more than 30 days from the date of upload. After that period, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our active servers and backups.
User‑initiated deletion: You may delete your uploaded content and generated videos at any time directly within the App’s gallery or history section.
Account deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated data by going to Settings → Delete Account within the App. Alternatively, you may send a deletion request to anadanihitesh7@gmail.com; we will process it within 7 business days.
Upon account deletion, all your personal data, uploaded images, and generated videos will be permanently erased, subject only to legal or regulatory retention obligations (which do not apply to user‑generated creative content).
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: Firebase and Singular receive anonymised or pseudonymised identifiers and event data for analytics and attribution. CDN providers receive IP addresses and request logs for content delivery. These processors are contractually bound to use data only for our instructed purposes.
Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority, we may disclose information to the extent strictly necessary.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred, provided the recipient agrees to honour this Privacy Policy.
We never share your uploaded images, face data, or generated videos with any external party, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., CDN for video delivery) or as compelled by law.
Vidoza is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information.
By using Vidoza, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Vidoza offers optional paid features and subscription plans through Google Play Billing.
We receive only purchase confirmation, subscription status, and transaction history from Google; we do not store your payment credentials.
Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your Google Play account settings.

We implement industry‑standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES‑256).
Access controls limiting employee access to user data to only those who need it for support or maintenance.
Regular security reviews of our self‑built AI infrastructure and backend.
However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to protect your information to the best of our ability.
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights including:
Access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
Withdrawal of consent (where applicable) – you can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Opt‑out of analytics and attribution: you can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings; however, this may affect our ability to attribute installs and improve the App.
Data portability – upon request, we can provide a copy of your data in a machine‑readable format.

Vidoza operates globally. Your data may be processed on servers located outside your home country, including in regions with different data protection laws. We ensure that any such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
